What type of information do we collect?
We receive, collect and store information that you enter on our website through our contact form or provide to us by email, in person or by telephone. We may collect the following information: Name and job title, e-mail address, telephone/mobile number, address, post code.
In you making initial consent we shall maintain information and may do so until you opt out, which you may decide to at any time. Some personal data may be collected from you from forms you complete, from records of our correspondence by e-mail, telephone or in person and also from details of you visiting our website, including personally identifying information such as Internet Protocol addresses.

We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications), comments.
How do we collect information?
When you send us a message through our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used to respond to you with regards to your enquiry, to provide a quote or product information. This includes contact through our social media platforms. We do not generate marketing lists or direct marketing from any of your information.
JJR Print Ltd (hereafter called JJR Print) uses information given/collected by/from you to provide a quotation, create a job and invoice jobs undertaken as requested, make telephone, e-mail, postage contact with you with information we believe may be of interest to you and or your business.
Why do we collect such personal information?
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
• To provide and operate our service to you;
• To provide our customers with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
• To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we
may use to provide and improve our respective services;
• To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
How do we store, use, share and disclose your data?
Data sent through our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. We do not share your information with any third party for the purpose of marketing. WEB ONLY - All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Any information JJR Print holds about you and your business will only be collected for the information we require to provide you with products you will have requested from JJR Print about our business. We will not sell or broker your data. However, your data may have been given to us by a third party (such as a mailing house) but this will only be used in conducting the business you have consented to.
The legal basis for processing any personal data is to meet obligations to our clients and to respond to marketing enquiries.
Through agreeing to our privacy policy, you are consenting to JJR Print processing your personal data for the purposes outlined. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us by e-mail or writing to our address. JJR Print may on occasions pass your personal information to third parties exclusively to process work on its behalf. JJR Print will require these parties to process this information based on our instructions and requirements consistent with our privacy policy and The General Data Protection Regulation.
JJR Print will not broker or pass information gained from your engagement with us without your prior consent. We may disclose your personal information to meet any legal requirements or obligations.
JJR Print will process personal data during the duration of any contract and will continue to store only the personal data needed for seven years after the contract has expired to meet any legal requirements. After this period any personal data NOT needed will be deleted.
Data is held in the UK on password secured servers in area to which only authorised employees have access. JJR Print has taken all reasonable steps and has in place appropriate security measures to protect your information.
How do we communicate with our site visitors?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, and postal mail.
As a data subject you have the following rights:
• Right of access – you have the right to request a copy, free of charge, of the information that we hold about you
(repeated requests will be charged at a reasonable rate)
• Right of rectification – you have a right to correct data that we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete. JJR
Print will endeavour to rectify any data within a reasonable time and normally within 3 months.
• Right to erase data – in certain circumstances you may ask for the data we hold about you to be erased from our
records.
• Right of portability – you have the right to have the data we hold about you transferred to another organisation.
• Right to object – you have the right to object to certain types of processing such as direct marketing.
Cookies & How We Use Them
